do i need a survey?

history of company

our company was founded in 1922 by william m. stewart. mr. stewart came to joplin from cincinnati, ohio where his father served as the city engineer. he came here in the search for mining experience. his associates in the business at that time were d.c. schink and c.e. plumb. mr. stewart passed away in 1962. wayne neece became partial owner in 1964 and retained full ownership in 1974.

over the years our company has obtained records from other surveyors in the area including claude norman spencer and leonard parker. we have been at our current location, since 1984.
