Wayne began his surveying career in high school and later for a geophysicist at the Bureau of Mines.  He then began working for William Stewart Engineering in 1954.  He received his land surveying license in 1956.  He served his country in the military from 1957 to 1959 then returning to land surveying.  In 1974 he purchased the engineering business from William Stewart and it was later renamed Stewart and Neece Land Surveying.  He is currently active as a land surveyor doing research, consultation and field work.  He treasures the memories of working with many area professional engineers, mining engineers, oil company engineers, architects, contractors, judges, attorneys, abstractors, fellow surveyors and the diversity of his clientele and his cherished friends.

Rodney has been a licensed P.L.S. since 1999.  He has experience in the field of surveying since 1984. Rodney is licensed in Missouri and Kansas. Rodney is active in church, Missouri Southern Athletics, wildlife and outdoor preservation and his family.

Andy has been a licensed P.L.S. since 2006.  He has field and drafting experience since 1988.  He is currently licensed in Missouri and Kansas.

Steve has been our draftsman since 2003.  He has over 17 years experience as a CAD operator and works on a survey crew.

Mae has over 50 years experience in the land surveying business as Wayne's secretary.

Lori has been with Stewart and Neece since 1994.  She is the office coordinator.
